Georgie Szymanski, (b.1994 Melbourne). Lives and works in Naarm/Melbourne. Szymanski’s practice explores object and user encounters through the intersections of furniture, objects and spatial practice. Primarily working with timber and craft processes, her works explore the balance between historical forms and current day functions, informed by traditional methods of cabinet making and technical exploration.
